I'm back from both trips now, the first one was awesome... too much to write out but awesome.

Quick Synopsis of Upstacu at Cultas 2008:

Too hot, deer, Chrissi's boobs, Tara's boobs, bug bites, picnic, SWIMMING, wind, THUNDER AND LIGHTNING, rain, leaks, wet, running out of food, sun, swimming, 3 am BANGRHA, HEAD ON APPLY DIRECTLY TO FOREHEAD, swimming, asking a random woman about HEAD ON, more bug bites, running out of food, Riley's mom clears up the HEAD ON mystery, even more bug bites, van won't start at Safeway(slight panic), chocolate covered little fuckers, rain, joy ride with a mouse in the van, running out of food, more chocolate covered little fuckers, far too many bug bites, swimming(OH SHIT, IT'S COMING THIS WAY and The Wee Lasses) running out of food, mouse-watching, the carrot incident, packing up, Dee's mom is my hero, home, shower, 5 days, more camping with the rents this time.

NOWW- I'm back from camping for those of you who care. Now I have to find a job... woo... *cringe*

I want to go camping again instead. Who can I drag out to the lake now?

I actually had a pretty (goose)crappy camping trip with the fam until yesterday when it became funny as hell. It's a long story, but it has to do with shower orgies, my brother's gay starwars book entitiled 'True Colours', and my mother not knowing what she was saying... 'Yeah, I have him(my dad) pinned on the ceiling of the tent while I'm trying to squish the-- SPIDER! I can't reach it, my knees are getting numb...'--> This kept going people but it get's a little graphic and I'm glad Trev and I slept in a separate tent cause jeeze. I laughed my ass off... but eww. (no... nothing really happened, my dad was already snoring by that point, but it sounded too funny.)

I also drove off and discovered Chilliwack Lake. Nice drive. Gorgous lake. I haven't ever seen lake water that clear before. I would have loved to go swimming but factors were keeping me from sucumbing(sp?) to that temptation. I'll prolly go back sometime before the end of summer and check it out. Nice ride up though, would have been neat to do it on a motorcycle, but poorness, lack of bike, and the inconvience of going through the motorvehicle branch for something ELSE, will probably always presuade me otherwise. blarg.

So yeah, that's it, nothing else seriously memorable... except getting the crap beaten out of me at mini golf.
